Return Policy:
We have a hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving our product. We comply with all credit card and Paypal refund policy guidelines. Returns or exchanges must be in unused condition. All return fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please use a tracking method and contact us before returning your case.
General Policies:
We accept credit card payments through the credit card processor Shopify and also have an SSL Certificate (Secure Socket Layer (HTTPS)) issued by Shopify for worry free shopping security of your private information. We also use Paypal using their Secure Socket Layer Certificate (SSL (HTTPS)).
No personal financial data is collected or stored by Specialized Composites, Inc. when using Paypal or Shopify payment systems.
We do not store, share or distribute your information with anyone except where required by law for things like taxes, etc. The "Your privacy choices" page is a Shopify required page with marketing from Shopify which is a tech company. If you don't want to be marketed from Shopify please opt out. I have no control or participation with this.
Paypal accepts Direct Checkout payments requiring no registration and also payments for those with a Paypal account. Major Credit Cards accepted.
We also accept Paypal Invoicing by prior arrangement. Please contact us for more information.
If a mailed package is returned to us as undeliverable, it is held for 90 days.
Products purchased on the secondary market have full product support for parts and service but are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
Exports:
Composite Materials: Carbon fiber and other advanced materials are highly regulated in the United States. Because of this we do sell or export carbon fiber or advanced composite products outside the USA. Specialized Composites, Inc. / Jon Eicher does not authorize the reselling or export of our composite products outside the USA. Exporting our composite products outside the USA may be prohibited by USA export laws.
iPhone cases ship worldwide were allowed by USA laws.
Pricing:
Best prices are always going to be this website. Price variations exist due to extra charges that shopping sites attach to the original price.
Pricing of products also may vary or change due to fluctuations in availability of materials and related costs.
Warranty:
Our products have a Limited Lifetime Warranty on materials and manufacture. This means the products are warranted for the life of the materials used in their manufacture. This will vary from one material to another. In general, are products will last a very long time and are designed to be rebuildable and or repairable if needed.
iPhone Cases: While our cases are very durable and protective, neither Jon Eicher nor Specialized Composites, Inc. is responsible for accidental or intentional damage or malfunction to cases or iPhones or variations in iPhone connectivity to cell towers, internet, satellites, artificial intelligence, emergency services, compass, other devices, device readers, or internal iPhone mechanisms that a case or environmental influences may cause to iPhone usage or performance.
Product Samples:
We do not provide free product samples.
